I’m Pretty Famous, Still

Yep. I’ve been around a while, done a lot of great things. Life is good. Still, it’s nice to be acknowledged like I was recently on The Chew. Michael Symon was demonstrating a unique crab cake, inspired by the “Great Chef” from The Frog and the Redneck.
A minor point: He called me Jimmy Schmidt.
Damn, Mr. Schmidt :-) that was a good crab cake! My favorite, though, was the soft shells when you were in Urbanna.
My last memory of The Frog and the Redneck was having my first duck breast. Love at first bite, and whenever I make it at home, I think of that night.
